I have used the Hunninbird sonar for several years and it works great. It takes the guess work out of fishing. It is very sensative and provides accurate depth reading and when fish are in the area, drawback is you cannot really tell fish depth, but with water depth, using this in relatively shallow pools you can estimate pretty easy. Using this to track fish I have caught largemouth bass in PA and OH (in inland lakes). Would recommend for the price it is a nifty tool to have.

RF-35 Humminbird - Eu uso esse produto há 20 meses e já perdi 4 sondas modelo RF45, todas tiveram infiltração de água e enferrujaram. Eu as uso ao lado de meu caiaque de pesca e não faço arremessos para evitar estragar, ainda assim nenhuma durou 6 meses. O produto é atraente, prático por ser de pulso e não ocupar espaço, mas é muito limitado e frágil, apesar de ser muito importante para a atividade que exerço.
Sorte que seu preço (RF45) não é alto e podemos comprar logo uma dúzia de sondas como reserva. Acho que a Humminbird poderia oferecer uma sonda mais resistente, mesmo que custasse um pouco mais. Eu vou continuar usando o produto porque ainda não vi um concorrente substituto. A idéia é brilhante.

I had to replace a remote sensor that got stolen along with most of my fishing gear. Thank God they didn't get my Hummingbird Pole Mounted Sonar! The sensor (bobber) works great. It really spots the fish, gives me a good look at the bottom of the lake and any structures down there. I'm very happy with the whole sonar rig. It's easy to use...and fun! It also saves time knowing where the fish are so I'm not wasting my time fishing in an empty spot! Great product!!!
